Anna-Lisa Ramsay is a PMP-certified Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience in public policy, governance, legal support, and project management. Her professional background includes roles with the Ministry of Justice, British Council, and Richards, Edwards Theoc and Associates, as well as consultancy experience supporting projects for international and development partners including the EU and UNDP. She holds a Master of Science in Governance and Public Policy from SALISES and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from The University of the West Indies.

Stephanie Milford

Director

Corporate Compliance Manager and Legal Secretary with almost 20 years of experience. Holds an AA in Paralegal Studies and an Administrative & Secretarial Studies Diploma. Has worked with three of Jamaica’s top commercial law firms and specialises in corporate services, compliance, and commercial legal support. Served as Compliance Officer for a licensed Jamaican gaming company.

Taneisha Linton

Taneisha brings over twenty years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and share-registration services. Her expertise includes incorporations, Companies Office filings, capital distributions, share registration, shareholder communication and statutory record maintenance.
